Transparent Compensation & Settlement

Performance-Based Compensation
Your earnings are calculated based on actual lesson hours, number of sessions, and other factors you set in your profile. The system tracks student ticket usage as a reference indicator for transparent compensation.
Ticket Settlement System
Students purchase tickets through our platform, and we handle payments to tutors. This ensures secure transactions and protects both parties. Claims must be submitted within 180 days of service delivery.
Bi-Monthly Payment Schedule
Payments are processed twice per month with cutoffs on the 15th and end of month. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account on the next business day after each cutoff. Minimum payment amounts and transfer fees apply.
Payment Requirements
To receive payments, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and register a bank account in your own name. Tax withholding may apply depending on your status. Qualified invoice issuers should register their number.

When will I receive payment?
Payments are processed bi-monthly. Lessons completed by the 15th are paid shortly after, and lessons completed by month-end are paid in the following month. All payments require completed KYC verification.

Yes! As an independent contractor, you can work other jobs. TutorLink offers flexible scheduling that fits around your other commitments.
Where do lessons take place?
TutorLink specializes in face-to-face, offline lessons. You can teach at cafes, libraries, community centers, or other public spaces in your area. You set your preferred teaching locations.
Are qualifications required?
While formal teaching certifications are welcome, they're not strictly required. We value native or advanced English proficiency, teaching experience, and a passion for helping students learn.
